If I was ever to carry a torch on duty or during my working day, this would be my ideal torch! This is the latest release from OLIGHT UK which has a dual-switch function and is also packed full extra features. It comes in three different colours and is available to buy online today.
How Bright is the Warrior Mini 2?
First thing I did was test the torch at night. My immediate thoughts were impressive and you can check out all the details in my review video below. This Police Torch has several different modes which can produce varied levels of brightness, see the table below.

Is the Warrior Mini 2 any good?
I took the Warrior Mini 2 out on an evening test and the results were very impressive. The Turbo mode gives you 1750 lumens with 220 metres of throw, that means you can see over 2 x football pitches! It really was awesome using the Turbo.
It comes with a good battery (3500mAh) which bascially means you’ll get plenty of run time and search light out of this torch. I also like the dual switch, but you’re more likely to use the rear button more than the side as it’s easier to hold and gives a more tactical feel.
The instructions state that it’s been drop tested from 1.5 metres, I haven’t tried this but I have no erason to doubt it as the build and quality feel second to none!
For anyone on duty the Clip is a great feature as it’s a two way clip, which means you can clip it upside down onto your kit to provide the hands free mode. Also the rear of the torch has a good strong magnet, allowing you to attach it anything metallic which again gives you the hands free mode.

Conclusion
This is an ideal torch for policing and security. It has plenty of great features for you to playaround with and, more importantly, will give you plenty of light and brightness when you need it.
The battery will easily last a shift without the need to charge, plus if you do need to charge it comes with usb charging, so can be charged from a laptop or portable battery.
